Parents and guardians are reminded to send an excuse form with students who are tardy. A note with the student's name, grade, and teacher along with the date of and an explanation for the tardiness is acceptable as long as it is dated and signed by a parent/guardian.

Please help us stay up-to-date by notifying the school of any changes to your emergency information.

The school must have the student's current address and phone number at all times. This information is especially important in cases of emergency.

Please notify the school immediately if there is a change of address, telephone number, or emergency contacts.
